These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vistora.world and your purchase of products from Vistora.
In these Terms, “Vistora”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vistora, the trading name of Vishnu Murali Nair, a New Zealand sole trader.

Vistora is an online retail store offering a curated selection of luxury, premium, and popular branded products, together with products selected under our Vistora Select collection.
Products may be fulfilled from different locations depending on the product, availability, and delivery destination.
Vistora is responsible for the sale of products purchased through our website.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use Vistora.world only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems;
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website;

Product packaging, tags and accompanying materials may vary depending on the product.
Third-party brand names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Vistora does not claim ownership of third-party brands or trademarks.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We aim to keep inventory information accurate. However, occasionally a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we are unable to fulfil an item you have purchased, we will contact you and may offer:
- A suitable alternative;
- A replacement; or
- A refund.
If a refund is required, it will generally be made to the original payment method.
7. Orders
When you place an order through Vistora, you are submitting an order to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.
Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

- We are unable to deliver to the requested destination; or
- There is another legitimate reason preventing fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Prices displayed on Vistora are shown in the currency indicated on the website or checkout.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed when you place the order and confirmed in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs duties or import charges may be additional.

10. Pricing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate.
If a product is accidentally listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, typographical or other error, we may correct the error.
If you have already placed an order affected by an obvious error, we will contact you where reasonably possible.
You may then choose whether to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled at the original price.
This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Vistora does not generally receive or store your complete payment card details.
You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
If payment is declined or cannot be authorised, we may be unable to process your order.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery timeframes are estimates unless a specific delivery timeframe has been agreed.
Products may be shipped in separate parcels if they are fulfilled from different locations.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for products within the same order.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Our voluntary change-of-mind return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
For customers in New Zealand, applicable rights under laws including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 continue to apply.
For customers in other countries, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to their purchase may also apply.

Purchases made through Vistora are transactions between you and Vistora. Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure used to operate the store, but is not the seller of the products offered by Vistora.
Your use of Shopify-powered features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable policies and terms.
